Imperial Oil

We thank Imperial Oil for being one of our corporate sponsors. Imperial Oil has been a long-time supporter of the arts. In addition to commissioning "The Story of Oil" mural for the lobby of their corporate headquarters at 111 St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto, they own a number of works by York Wilson in their corporate collection. Mrs. Wilson wishes to thank Imperial Oil for their generosity in underwriting the cost of producing the virtual tour of "The Story of Oil" and for the digitization of the French version of the Budge Crawley film "Mural".

Budge Crawley

Crawley Films Ltd. of Ottawa was commissioned to document the creation of "The Story of Oil". The thirty minute film "Mural" was created in both English and French. We wish to thank William O'Farrell who represents the estate of Crawley Films for granting us permission to make the digital versions of this film available to the York Wilson Digital Catalog Raisonne project.
